Myofascia Release Treatment
This treatment uses light, manual pressure and stretching techniques to work the myofascia (connective tissue) and broad networks of muscles that may be causing stiffness, pain or restriction within muscles or joints. The techniques help locate trigger points at the source of your discomfort, which are not always found where the pain originates or is most prominently felt. The treatment will aid the tissue and supportive muscle sheaths to release pressure and tightness, thereby reducing pain and helping the tissue to become pliable and elastic.
This release treatment may be given as a stand-alone treatment or combined with other Ayurvedic massage techniques.
